I know a couple things I could change on this swing, but figured a few tips from others could help. The ball sliced to the right side of the green. Go figure with the steep downswing.

Hello Jeremy,

It is really tough to get very much information from this angle. But it does look like you almost whip the club back inside, maybe from a very very quick hip turn.

I would suggest that next time you go to the range, to hit some shots trying to keep your right hip facing forward. Not even full shots, maybe 3/4. You will not be able to take the club back as far, but you should actually generate more power. It looks like you lose most of your power by loss of resistance in your backswing. If that makes any sense?

Ok Jeremy I dont claim to be a pro or a scratch golfer. However in the short video you supplied I can see one issue I suffered from a while ago. I think your grip is a little messed up. From the video I can see your right thumb in on top of the shaft. I know it sounds crazy but try this......Place your left thumb at 1:00 and then your right thumb at 11:00am ( I actually touch the tip of my thumb with my index finger on my right hand). This really did change my game and amongst my friends we refer to it as the "meat gazer" grip. Just my two cents.

Yeah sorry about the angle. It was just a quick take my buddy shot for me.

Thanks for the tip CB I'll try that out. I notice that if I distribute my weight more to the left foot I don't turn as much also. I'll have to keep that in mind more.

Jr: Yes I noticed that day I was doing that and have since got my right thumb in proper position. Not sure what I was thinking that day. Oh well. I did hit +10 on 9 holes. Not horrible for me.

I'll keep taking videos if people keep helping me out! Thanks guys.
