Title catch your eye? LOL. I love beautiful women and I love golf. That’s why I married my wife…she’s beautiful and tolerates my golf (although to tell the truth, I admit that the beginning of that
sentence, although true, was thrown in to keep me out of trouble for writing this article).
Anyways, I read a lot online about the Justin Timberlake’s, the
Charles Barkley’s, and other celebrity golfers, but not much is
written about the female celebrity golfers. Probably for the same reason the PGA pro’s are written about more than the LPGA pro’s.
So, I did a little digging and found some female celebrities that
you may or may not have known were golfers. I selected a few
female golfers that I thought were pretty hot, either now, or in the past, and have posted their photos below (click on the Read More link). You can also click on their names to find out more about them.
I couldn’t find much about their handicaps, but the top 5 best "estimated handicaps" for the
women on my list are as follows:

Tea Leoni, Actress & producer: 12 handicap
Has played since 1997. When she first started playing, she says she went
crazy and was playing 36 to 50 holes a day. She plays with Callaway clubs.
Jodie Kidd, Actress & model: 18 handicap
Started playing at age 11. Her average drive is 280 yards. She
plays Callaway clubs also. Founded the Jodie Kidd Charity Golf
Classic.
Cheryl Ladd, Actress: 18 handicap
Introduced to the game by her husband, she is now an avid golfer. She’s
written a book about her golfing experiences, “Token Chick: A Woman’s
Guide to Golfing with the Boys”.
Salli Richardson-Whitfield, Actress: 20 handicap
Started playing in 1998 after being invited to a celebrity tournament in
Jamaica. Played golf while 7 months pregnant.
Ines Sastre, Model: 20 handicap
Has been on the cover of Golf for Women. Enjoys golf and plays when she can.
Alas, although it will be construed as being chauvinistic, I can’t help but post some “sexy” photos of these female golfers. They are celebrities after all, and as I said above, I love beautiful women. Click Read More to see all of the photos.

Looking for a great deal on green fees? One way is to sign up on an email list at your local course. Specials and discounts are sent directly to your inbox. Only problem with this method is the large amount of email you'll receive and have to wade through each day. The best solution, in my opinion, is the online discount tee time websites. Here are some that I've run across while looking for a good deal:
GolfNow.com: Probably the biggest one out there. In addition to providing tee times and discounts, they also have a reward program that gives you free golf and other prizes after you've made X number of tee time purchases. We at RCH use them quite a bit.
TeeTimeWatch.com: In addition to their discount tee time program, they also offer the option to purchase discount certificates. These certificates are printed online and you present them to the course as payment at the time of play. According to their website, the certificates normally offer the best discounts.

EZLinks.com: This website provides discount tee times, regular tee times, and a "name your price" discount. With the "name your price" option, you enter the dollar amount you are willing to pay for the tee time you choose, and if EZLinks accepts your offer, the tee time is yours.
GolfHound.com: Similar to the others, they also offer links to golf schools in your area, a handicap tracking system, and other golf related products.
These are just a few of the many websites that promote discount tee times. There are also many sites that promote golf vacation packages and offer very reduced prices for both your lodging and golfing. Just go to your favorite search engine (there's one on this page) and type in "golf vacation discounts" and you'll see that there are a lot of different websites offering these packages.
Oh, and another option: Go to the golf course website where you plan on playing. Most of them now post "daily specials", have online coupons and other discount offers some of which are better than what you can find on the above websites. So, next time you're getting ready to golf, save some green and try some of these money saving options.

Well, I had a feeling it was going to be something like this. Apparently Tiger was confronted by his wife about allegations of an affair that came out in the National Enquirer. According to this article at TMZ, his wife got upset and scratched his face. He bailed, and while fleeing the scene, the wife came after his SUV with a golf club. He subsequently became a little distracted, hit a fire hydrant, then the tree. Pissing your wife off never seems to end up good. For more info, check out the story at http://www.tmz.com/2009/11/28/tiger-woods-elin-nordegren-fight-accident-suv-lacerations/
The alleged mistress can be found here. Hope it's not true. His wife is hot, and no the grass is not always greener on the other side....

Golf Videos & your own swing videos |
|
|
|
|
Video Lessons. If you've had any recent professional instruction, it more than likely included an analysis of your swing using video of some sort. If you haven't, a quick lesson or two will help your game. If you don't have the time or money, the next best thing is to review videos produced by professional instructors. There are thousands of these videos online and the best thing about them? They're good, and they are free.
While we don't have the ability or the tools to give you an individual breakdown of what you are doing wrong, by posting your swing video here, there are those out there that are willing to try and give you some advice. We've just recently started allowing your individual swing videos to be posted here and some visitors to our website are helping critique your swing. But....unless you upload them, they won't be seen so get busy and start posting what you have by clicking on the Your Swing Video button in the main menu. The more swing videos we get uploaded, the more advice you'll get on what you are doing right or wrong.
Not interested in putting up your own videos? The post your favorite internet golf lessons in the Vido Lessons section. A good place to initially find those lessons is on YouTube or Google. Once you find your favorites, post them here and book mark that page for later reference. It will be much easier to come back here and have a collection of all of your favorite golf lessons instead of trying to search for them each time you need to review a lesson.
If you have any problems uploading them, just make a comment at the bottom of this post and we'll help you out.
Thanks,
Kevin
