What do Xbox, Netflix and Golf have in common?
Well, if you have an XBox and are a member of Netflix, you will soon be able to stream
Golf (or other) movies from Netflix to your Xbox and then on to that plasma T.V. of yours.
You do have to be a Gold Level member of Xbox Live and a member of Netflix before it
will work. Of Netflix's 100,000 or so library, approximately 10,000 movies and TV shows
will be available. With Xbox's upcoming software upgrades, you will be able to create new
avatars and invite your friends to a "live party" (not sure what that is yet). Apparently, the
"live party" aspect will allow you to invite your friends to watch a Netflix movie with you. All
in all, sounds pretty cool. You'll be able to watch these movies with your golfing buddies
during hurricane season when everyone's stuck at home in front of the boob tube.
