If you're into computer or console games and into golf, no doubt the two
have met.  My experience has been that most online golf games leave
a lot to be desired.  The graphics are usually bad and the playability is
horrible.  PGA.Com's World Golf Charity Tour is different.  The graphics
are stunning and it's very easy to play.  You compete alone or as a team
against the world.   It's in Beta right now, and you are only able to
play a 9 hole closest to the pin round, but plans are to build it into a full
online 18 hole game in which you can compete on a lot of different courses. 
There are prizes to be won, and if so inclined, charities you can contribute to. 
Give it a shot...a warning though...it's pretty addicting.  Go here to check it out
